This is a spacious bedroom in a 4BR/2BA townhouse located in a quiet area of Riverdale in the Bronx on west 261st Street, only 5 minutes by walk from The College of Mount Saint Vincent, and a block away from the bus stop which will transport you to the subway in 15 minutes.

The bedroom to rent has a full size bed, a flat screen TV, two dressers, chairs and a working fireplace. The window is overlooking to the backyard in front of the house.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washer/dryer and a dishwasher. All necessary for cooking is provided like a coffee maker or even a toaster.
The first bathroom has a tub whereas the second bathroom has a separate shower. Each bathroom has a window, offering plenty of natural light.
The backyard is also accessible and provides an access to a parking spot which give you a safe place to park your car.
