"Devo dire che l'agente è stato disponibile e gentile ma ci sono stati diversi intoppi. La prenotazione del primo appartamento che avevamo prenotato (del Sig. Glenn ...) una settimana prima di partire è saltata e per giorni non ho avuto notizie ne dal proprietario e ne dall'agente urban living che però si è scusato tantissimo trovandoci un'altra soluzione, ma era un appartamento squallido e a 200 dollari in più e quindi non abbiamo accettato. Poi ci ha proposto questo vicino a central park, sempre a prezzo maggiore del primo che avevamo prenotato ma visti i pochi giorni che mancavano alla partenza ci siamo dovuti accontentare. Diciamo che 400 dollari di agenzia sono stati eccessivi da pagare però l'importante è che tutto sia andato a buon fine, anche perchè visto il periodo natalizio capisco la difficoltà nel trovare appartamenti a buon prezzo e soprattutto disponibile per le date che avevamo richiesto."
