 The apartment is in an interesting place, lively, the former east european zone now a kind a punk quarter not already gentryficized. The bedroom on the rear is rather quite and it is very good to have a separate bedroom. Very ok for 4 people. The square at the corner is good for children to have rest after a long day through the town.

 Logement très bien situé (proche métro L et plusieurs bus),quartier East Village génial! Logement bien équipé en électroménager et vaisselle. Literie confortable.Propre même si pas très récent et mériterait une rénovation. Points négatifs : pièces en enfilade. Chambre côté rue avec des vitres mal isolées (froid et bruyant). Télé avec peu de chaînes dans la chambre froide, donc on en a peu profité. L'absence d'ascenseur n'est pas gênante, elle permet un prix assez compétitif.

 Le logement est parfaitement situé dans le East Village un quartier très vivant beaucoup de restaurants et l'immédiate proximité d'un parc très sympa. La rue est très calme pour Manhattan. L'appartement refait à neuf (peintures, télé et clim) est fidèle à la description. Wifi disponible. Ligne L du métro à 500 m pour aller ou revenir de JFK Airport par l'air train et le métro.

 By NYC-standards the apartment is really nice: fully equipped with TV, large kitchen and internet but small bathroom. Also, the garden is lovely and can be used by all tenants.

 confort minimum mais prix intéressant / quartier east side. Probleme de chauffage trés bruyant (sifflet de depression en direct sur les tuyaux) et isolation phonique inexistante sur rue (clim en direct sur rue à la fenêtre). Trop peu d'ustensiles de cuisine.

 Très sale, lits inconfortables, aucune insonorisation. Très mauvaise odeur résiduelle. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix pour deux personnes. L'hotel à 200 $ la nuit offre une prestation beaucoup plus complète.
