La zona ottima e tranquilla ma nell'edificio non vi è il doorman, è molto sporco,soprattutto la zona lavanderia che mai userò. L'appartamento ugualmente sporco. Ho dovuto pulire tutto io al mio arrivo. Mobili vecchi, fili elettrici un po' pericolosi. C'è la connessione internet ma non il WIFI. Bagno piccolo, vecchio, nessun confort. Davvero con poco si potrebbe ristrutturare l'appartamento e renderlo davvero "luxury".
