Logement propre et en bon état malgré une salle de bain moyenne (petite baignoire avec douche mais pas trop de pression / débit). Chauffage efficace en hiver. Logement bien situé par rapport au métro (moins de 10min à pied). Quartier calme avec supérette, lavomatic et Deli proches. La maison est sur 3 niveaux. Le 1er est celui propriétaire, le 2nd celui où j'ai logé et le 3ème un autre appartement loué. Insonorisation entre niveaux moyenne, mais rien de vraiment gênant.Frederic V. (France)
