"Contact with the agency was fine, martha was very prompt in getting back to us with what we had to do with securing the apartment. Urban living also had very affordable choices for pp who are on a budget. I would use urban living again. "

"Urban Living hat mit uns einen anderen Mietvertrag gemacht und uns eine Woche vor der Anreise, dann diese Wohnung als Alternative angeboten. Sie war kleiner und lag an einer Hauptstraße, sie war billiger aber nach unserem nachfragen wurde sie einfach erhöht und man meldete sich nicht wieder bei uns, trotz mehrer Emails, keine Reaktion. Ist für mich keine Art und Weise. Wir mussten uns dann Privat mit dem Vermieter in Verbindung setzen, damit wir in New York nicht ohne Wohnung sind und mussten uns mit dem zufrieden gegeben was man uns anbot. "

"RAS, le service fut parfait. Souhaitons seulement que vous trouviez un moyen de mettre en garde assez tôt les futurs clients sur des sites totalement vérolés comme les pages NYC de Craiglist. Sinon tout le monde y perd (sauf les escrocs). Il y a certainement quelque chose à faire avec les concepteurs de ce site. "
