Bordered by John Jay Park and the East River, it is close to shopping, restaurants and fashionable boutiques. Located on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, the neighborhood is safe, quiet, and friendly. There is very little traffic and noise since this is not a through-street. Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, health club and restaurants are within a two minute walk. The building offers a laundry room and bicycle room. There are six superintendents and porters who keep the building looking great. A security guard is on duty every night. I think this apartment has a good location because there is John Jay Park in front of apartment, and you can see East River. Also, there is a supermarket nearby and it is easy to go everywhere by using subway or bus. If I were to venture an opinion, I would say that it was a small room. I think this apartment is for living by yourself or a couple.
