This is a fully furnished, air-conditioned studio with wooden floors throughout the apartment, located on the fourth floor of a walk up building with elevator on Grand Street between Bowery Street and Chrystie Street .

When You enter the premises you will be on the living room furnished with a queen size bed, a bedside table, a sofa, a coffee table and a flat screen TV.

The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a seperate shower and a sink.

There is no Kitchen but a kitchenette equipped with a microwaves, a sink and other kitchen utensils.


Transportation: B and D lines half of a block from the apartment.

Neighborhood: Supermarket, pharmacy, bank, laundromat are nearby, China town is well located in Manhattan , walking distance to Soho , Lower East Side and East village you will find many restaurants and many stores all around the neighborhood .
