This apartment is located on Quincy Street between Lexington and Gates Avenue in Brooklyn. This four bedrooms / one bathroom apartment to share is on the third floor of a walk-up building.

You enter the apartment through a hallway. The first room on the right is the kitchen. It has linoleum floors and is equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a sink and a refrigerator with freezing compartment. There is also a dinning table with three chairs, and all the cookware and kitchen utensils necessary.

The second room on the right of the hallway is the owner's bedroom.

The next room is the bedroom to rent. It has carpet floors and is furnished with a single size bed, a bedside table and a dresser. There is also a window overlooking the street.

The last room on the right of the hallway is the living room. It has carpet floors and is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a coffee table, a flat screen TV and a Hi-Fi stereo.

On the left of the hallway, the only one room that is accessible, is the bathroom. It has tiled floors and is equipped with a sink, a toilet and a shower in a tub.

There is another man, renting the third bedroom, he is working for a movie production company, so he is not often at the apartment.

There is also a cat named Brooklyn in the apartment.

Bedford- -Stuyvesant is a neighborhood in the central portion of the New York City borough of Brooklyn.



Transportation:

J train is available at Kosciusko subway station, 7 blocks away from the apartment (about ten minutes by foot).
J, M and Z trains are also available at Myrtle subway station, 12 blocks away ( about 15 minutes by foot).

All these trains will bring you in 40 minutes in Midtown Manhattan.
