The second bathroom accessible from the living room is exactly the same as the private one.

Transportation:
The apartment is situated only 3 blocks from the number 6 train (green line) and the express bus is located across the street.
Once you are on the train it is 14 minutes to 42nd St. If you would like to see Central Park it is only a 15 minute walk.

Neighborhood:
The building is located at the corner of the nice tree lined 104th street and First Avenue, one block from the bank and two blocks from the drugstore.
Third Avenue is the main street where most of the amenities are located. There are two famous museums in the area; the Museum of the City of New York at 103rd Street and 5th Avenue, a good primer on the history of the city which has more specific temporary exhibitions as well and El Museo del Barrio at 104th Street and Fifth Avenue, the only US museum devoted to Puerto Rican culture.
