 to much cold during the night i can put 2/5 but the apartment is nice so i put 4

 The apartment as such was ok and roughly corresponded to our expectations. However, many of the other apartments in the building are rented by groups of young students. There was a lot of partying on Friday and Saturday nights and we had to go and tell our neighbors to quiet down at several occassions. Once, we even reported the disturbance to the NYPD. We think that you should have told us (a family with two small kids) that there are predominantly students in the building. Then we would have known what to expect and perhaps chosen a different apartment. We would still recommend the apartment to a friend BUT only with a big warning about the potential for disturbing party noise.

 Appartement bien équipé, fonctionnel. Propreté laissant parfois à désirer (beaucoup de poussière sous les tapis).

 un peu deçu par rappport aux photos, pas tres propre; les 2 petites chambres sont vraiment inconfortables, une sert de lingerie (lave et seche linge ), l'autre n'a pas un seul rangement pour mettre les vetements;

 Los utensilios de cocina escasos (no habia tijeras de cocina, las paellas estaban bastante gastadas,tuvimos que pedir otras paellas, faltaban cucharas pequeñas...)

 très beau logement, tout confort. Le petit + : 4 jeux de clés, idéal quand on est plusieurs avec des activités différentes.
