 L'appartamento è ben disposto e ben confortevole. In una via tranquilla, ma con attorno servizi e locali commerciali. Ottima anche come posizione rispetto alla zona centrale di Manhattan.

 Très bien placé, dans un quartier en mouvement. Du coup, un peu bruyant le week-end car il n'y a pas de double vitrage.

 El apartamento es muy grande y la cama enorme y muy cómoda. El barrio nos gustó mucho, es ideal para gente joven. Lo único malo del apartamento es que está en la primera planta y se oyen las conversaciones de la gente en la calle, y al ser un barrio con muchos locales de ocio, suele haber bastante ruido hasta las 3h, especialmente los fines de semana. Otro inconveniente son las cucarachas, pero nos dijeron que es un problema bastante extendido en NY.

 Muy buena ubicación, en el centro del East Village. la zona es perfecta para gente joven. Unico inconveniente, el metro que está a 5-10 min de casa. Cantidad de bares que elegir para tomar unas cervezas. para 4personas está bien, aunque para una pareja es mejor aún.

 The apartment was well furnished, in a magnificent location, with great AC, adequete kitchen and well designed bathroom. I cant stress how beautiful the neighbourhood was, it was a highlight of our stay in NY

 Excellent emplacement, appartement sans doute remis à neuf récemment, très agréable pour un couple, sans doute moins pour un plus grand nombre d'occupants (il y a je crois six couchages), équipement général bon, matériel de cuisine un peu limité si on veut y diner, mais convenable pour le breakfast (manque juste un toaster) et il y a plein de restaurants dans le quartier. Wifi très pratique et performant.

 Grand studio tout en longueur dans un quartier vraiment délicieux, boites de jazz et restaurants accessibles à pied. Nous nous y sommes sentis très bien.

 the apartmen is situaded in nice, quiet street very easy walking distant from the shops, tube and main touristik points in manhatan. it has nice backstreet garden so is suitable for the smokers too?! maybe the furniture can be little bit more modern but you can find in it everything you need.
