The living room which has bamboo floors, a brick wall and which is furnished with a dining table and 4 chairs, a desk with a Mac computer, a sofa, a sofabed and 2 armchairs, a TV, a DVD player, a big closet and one big window overlooking the 300 sqf garden.

The tiled bathroom has a sink, a shower in a tub and a self closing toilet seat.

The bedroom is furnished with a king size bed, two bedsides table, a big dresser and two windows overlooking the street.

The apartment is equipped with an LG Front Load Washer, a large Elliptical machine PRO-FORM and a NEST thermostat (Motion Body sensor/ remote control by iPhone).
