This is a fully furnished one bedroom apartment located on the ground floor of a two story brownstone on Monroe Street, in Brooklyn.

The entrance door opens up into the kitchen-living room that is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezing compartment and all the necessary utensils.
