This bedroom is in a 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment to share with the primary tenant (lady in her 40's). It is located on Bennett Avenue between 184th and 186th street in Washington Heights/Inwood - Manhattan. The entire apartment has wood floors (except the bathroom and the kitchen) and it overlooks the back of the building.


The entrance door opens up into a hallway that leads you to the dining / living room furnished with 2 sofas, a coffee table, a dining table with chairs.

The separated kitchen is all equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with freezer, all the necessary cookware and a washer.

The bathroom has a shower in the tub, a sink with a mirror, a window, and a toilet.

Please note the bedroom to rent is accessible through the kitchen only. It is furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser, a closet and a TV.
