This is a fully furnished one bedroom/three alcoves/two and half bathrooms duplex apartment located on the first floor of a walk up building in Carroll Gardens.

First Floor

You enter the premises into the dining area where you can find a big dining table and six chairs. The residence features an open kitchen that is equipped with custom cabinetry and steel appliances, including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezing compartment.

The three alcoves in this unit are rooms with no windows. The first alcove comes furnished with a pull out daybed, a TV and a dresser. Also, this room has an office desk with a computer, printer, scanner, phone and fax.

Both bathrooms are located on the same floor. The first bathroom offers a small jacuzzi, a sink and a toilet. The second bathroom comes with a separate shower, a sink and a toilet.

Second Floor

The living room is furnished with a double size sofabed, a coffee table and a TV. It has wood floors and a window facing the street.

The bedroom provides a queen size bed, a dresser, a closet and a window facing the street.

The second and third alcoves have a queen size bed, a dresser a closet and windows facing the living room.

The WC located between the alcoves has a toilet and a small sink.
