This one bedroom / one bathroom apartment is located on 126th Street and Lenox Avenue.

The entrance door opens up into the living-room with a large sofa, a coffee table, a dining table with four chairs and a TV. It has three windows facing the street.

The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a sink and a refrigerator/freezer. There is all cookware available and a window facing the wall of the neighboring building.
