About 1000 square feet, this 2 Bedrooms/ 2 Bathrooms apartment is located on West 50th Street, between Eighth and Ninth Avenue on the 32nd floor of a modern high rise doorman building in the Theater District.
You enter the apartment in hallway which leads you on the back to the living room. On your left hand when you enter the apartment, the first bathroom. This bathroom is fully marble and is equipped with one bathtub with shower, a toilet, a sink, and a mirrored medicine cabinet.

The long hallway which leads you to the living room has numerous build-in closets and an access on your right hand to the fully tiled, open kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a sandstone sink, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a dishwasher, a stove, an oven, a coffee maker, a microwave oven and a toaster. In the numerous cupboards cook ware and dining ware are available.

On your left hand, the master bedroom is has a build-in closet, a door which leads you to your private bathroom and an access to the terrace. The bedroom is equipped with a full size bed, a dresser, and a bedside table. The private bathroom has marble floor, a bathtub with shower, a toilet and a sink.
