"L'unica pecca è stato il fatto che avevamo fatto esplicita richiesta di conferma circa il fatto che l'appartamento avesse un impianto di riscaldamento e non degli apparecchi elettrici provvisori (stufette elettriche) che erano visibili dalle foto. Alla vs. conferma circa l'esistenza dell'impianto non è corrisposta la realtà e l'appartamento poteva essere riscaldato solo con apparecchi elettrici da utilizzare solo in ns. presenza. Peraltro il bagno non aveva prese elettriche e quindi non poteva essere riscaldato (se non tenendo la porta aperta). Vista la stagione invernale nella quale abbiamo usufruito dell'appartamento, tale disagio non è stato di poco conto."

"Es la segunda vez que visitamos NYC y la segunda que alquilemos con vuestra agencia. Si volvemos que es la idea lo volveremos hacer, las dos veces la atención excelente, incluso cuando llamamos por el tema de la devolución de la fianza. "The agency gave us wrong number to the landlord why we had major problems to get in contact whit him at arrival to the appartment. The landlord told us that he several times had informed the agency about the his number. But it was soon forgotten when we got in to the building."
