This a one bedroom furnished apartment located on West 30th Street between 8th Avenue and 9th Avenue in the Chelsea neighborhood of Midtown West.

The apartment is on the second floor of a walk up building with laundry in the building. There are linens, towels, and cookwares in the apartment. There is cable TV, local phone and internet included.

When you enter in the apartment you will find on your right the open kitchen fully equipped with a stove, a fridge, and all the necessary cookware.

On your left you will find a closet and the access to the bathroom.

The tiled bathroom has a shower in the the tub, a sink with a mirror and a toilet.

The living-room has a dinning area with a dinning table and four chairs facing the opened kitchen. There is also a sofa, a armchair, a TV and a window facing the garden. You can also find another closet near to the access door of the bedroom.

The bedroom has a full size bed, a closet and a window facing the garden.


Subway: The nearest subway entrance is on 33rd Street and 8th Avenue, about 4 blocks away. This is the express stop A train as well as local stops for the E and C trains.


Neighborhood: Madison Square Garden and Penn Station are only 4 blocks away at 34th Street. The neighborhood is primarily residential with townhouses and renovated rowhouses, and its many retail businesses. The western part of Chelsea has become a center of the New York art world, with many art galleries located in both new buildings and rehabilitated warehouses.
