About 450 square feet, this bright and fully furnished 1 bedroom is located on the 3rd floor of a brownstone building on 12 street between Greenwich Avenue and West 4th Street in West Village.

The entrance door opens to the living room which has wood floors and is fully furnished with a sofa, a TV, a coffee table, a dining table and chairs. On you right hand, the open kitchen is equipped with a stove, a oven, a refrigerator, a microwave and all the necessary cookware.

The bedroom with wood floorsand a closet provides a desk with a chair, a bedside table and a queen size bed.

The tiled bathroom is equipped with a shower in tub, a toilet and a sink .

Transportation: 1, 2, 3 and L trains run at 14th ST and about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

The West Village is the western portion of the Greenwich Village neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan.
