 A part les 4 étages, rien a dire ! Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour dans cet appartement bien situé, très propre et nous n'avons pas souffert du bruit, sauf au petit matin d'une seule nuit.

 Nice and clean apartment. Everything you need is there. Interesting, colourful and lively neighbourhood, yet no street noise at night (except maybe a bit in weekend nights, but that's part of the local atmosphere)

 No Remote Control for TV. So you must stand up from bed every night. Aircon to small for the entire flat. The flat is sometimes very hot. But very great location in east Village.

 Good apartment. Good location. Two main issues: 4th floor without elevator and it was too hot inside. We have been in August and the air condition was situated on one bedroom, so the living room was too hot. Apart of this, it was very clean. The apartment was as described in the pictures of the website. In summary, we have got a very good stay there. But the stairs could be a little bit criminal for people with problems.

 Attention toutefois à la porte d'entrée qui n'est pas très sécurisante (verrou hs), l'absence de climatisation coté cours et pas de volets intérieurs ou occultants.

 Points positifs: Appartement très bien situé, proche de plusieurs lignes de métro et dans un quartier animé. Points négatifs: un peu bruyant, douche dans la cuisine, eau pas toujours chaude dans la douche

 Great location. Nice and clean apartment with some charm. One of the beds was a bit small for two persons. In total we had a great time here.

 The apartment was exactly like the description. Clean and good for 4 persons. In the description the floor is 5th but they consider the ground floor as the 1th. there is not real need for the elevator to reach it (unless you have many and heavy luggage).
