Очень хорошо (4 / 5) "This is more about the service provided by the agency in general. We booked the flat very much in advance. I felt rather uncertain during the booking procedure due to the fact that the price had to be paid full in advance and the amount was higher than originally indicated on the website (both were the requests of the owner as I learned). There were conflicting and somewhat dubious informations on the different (and there were many of them!) papers I had to sign and the transfer of the money could have been also more simple. For example the number of bed rooms and the fdetails of the internet access. I still believe that the agency's fee (which is indexed to the rental fee, why?) is far too high for this complicated service which is unusually demanding for the tenant and according to the contract does not provide rights or written guaranties. And at the end a positive remark; the contact person was always helpful and responded quickly to my anxious emails. Therefore, in spite of the problems described above, I will recommend the Urban Living to my colleagues who want to visit NY. "
