When you enter the premises you step into the living room with hardwood floors, equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, a bedside table, a full size bed, an armchair, a closet and two windows.
The fully tiled open kitchen is on the left and features a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a stove, a hood, 13 closets, a toaster, a dining table and two stools.
There is a door wich gives access to the fully tiled bathroom furnished with a sink, a toilet and a tub.
From the living room, two doors give access to the balcony where it is allowed to smoke.

Transportation : The F, J, M and Z trains run at the corner of Delancey and Essex which is 5 minutes away walking. Also, the B and D trains stop on Chrystie and Grand Street also 5 minutes away walking.

Neighborhood : The streets which border Chinatown are Canal Street to the North (bordering Little Italy), The Bowery to the East (bordering the Lower East Side), Worth Street to the South and Baxter Street to the West.
This borough of Manhattan is located in the south of the island and there are a lot of restaurants and shops.
