"Hasta llegar al apartamento y ver que todo es real, uno siempre piensa que eventualmente puede ser víctima de un fraude. La persona que me atendió en la agencia no ayudó mucho a transmitirme la confianza necesaria, recuerdo que tardaba en contestarme los mails y no era muy detallado-explícito a la hora de reasegurarme que todo iba a estar bien."

"kontakt vornehmlich mit roman forberg, der sehr hilfsbereit und ausfuehrlich auskunft gab und die abwicklung vollzog. schnelle und unkomplizierte abarbeitung der formalitaeten. sowohl das apartment, als auch die vermittlung ueber urban living fanden unseren gefallen. wir wuerden jederzeit wieder auf diesem weg eine unterkunft buchen. ein hotel hat dageben keine chance :) greetings uwe becker"

"un peu inutile de laisser une caution a l agence et d aller la rechercher en fin de sejour sans qu il y ait de visite de controle!!! dans mon cas j ai du repasser le lundi soir car je partais le mardi matin tot et ca m a fait faire un detour et perdre du temps pour rien. sinon j avais oublie un habit et l agence me l a mis de cote: bien et merci."
