"Good, Anais has been very responsive . The issue however is whether airbnb will not reply agencies like Urban Living. We looked at a larger apartment for the period January - May 2015. The propositions made by Anais were by far less interesting than what could be found in Airbnb and we finally got the apertment we wanted there."

"They agency was great. I had been working with another agency before finding Urban Living through a recommendation. The other agency suggested apartments that did not fit by budget, time frame or location. They also suggested apartments that were not actually available. This agency was very professional, and went out of their way to make sure I found what I needed and that I was comfortable with the choice. It was a great experience, and I will use them the next time I am looking. "
