Located in Woodhaven, Queens on 96th Street between 90th and 91st Avenue-This one family triplex house with private garden is around 2300 square feet on 2 floors+ basement. As you enter the house, there is a modern living room with two comfortable sofas where you can relax while watching TV on a 42 inch HDTV Plasma. You will enjoy the surround sound of a cinema style sound BOSE system when watching a movie or listening to a CD. Next is the dining area with a TV, a fridge with freezing compartment, a closet and a large table that can accommodate a family of up to 6 people. Keep in mind that the price includes $100 electricity usage, so when out make sure all the AC’s are turned off. The second bedroom offers a queen size bed, a desk with a chair and two windows facing the street. The third bedroom is used as a kid bedroom. It has a single size bed, a TV and a desk with a chair. The basement can be used as a private studio- as it offers a living room, a kitchen and a bathroom. The living room provides a double size futon, a coffee table, a TV and a desk with a computer. The open kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, an oven and a refrigerator with freezing compartment. The bathroom has a separate shower, a toilet and a sink. Also, in the basement you can find the washer and the dryer.
There is an AC in each bedroom, in the living room, dining room and basement (make sure they are turned off when you are out). A total of 7 people can sleep in this house very comfortably.
