This is a fully furnished two bedroom duplex with private balcony and shared garden located on the second and third floors of a 2 family home at 16th Street.

The available unit consists of two stories accessed by walking up the front stoop. The parlor floor has a living room, a hallway, a dining room/kitchen area, and opens out onto a deck overlooking the lovely garden. Stairs lead from the deck down to the garden itself, which is shared with the first floor apartment tenants. The washer and dryer are located adjoining the kitchen. The kitchen has a full size stove and refrigerator, a sink, a microwave, blender, coffee maker, and all necessary utensils for cooking and eating. The upstairs has a master bedroom furnished with a double bed plus a closet.
A second bedroom contains a single bed, a bureau, an armoire, and a closet.

The F and R trains are nearby, and the 67 and 69 buses run down 7th Avenue, just up the block. Grocery stores, dry cleaners, a pharmacy, bars, cafes, boutiques, and numerous restaurants are within easy walking distance.
