Le logement était très bien situé, dans un des quartiers les plus animés de New York (Mais très calme en journée). L'appartement est très propre. Il est a proximité de deux stations de métro, ce qui permet de se déplacer très facilement dans la ville. Seul petit bémol, l’équipement de la cuisine est très léger (casseroles, verre, assiette..).
