"Très bon travail de mon contact à votre agence. Cependant c'est ennuyeux de choisir un logement sur le site pour ensuite apprendre qu'il n'est en fait plus libre. Je comprends la difficulté de coordonner les logements, les sites sur lesquels ils sont répertoriés, les exigences des propriétaires, mais c'est quand même frustrant. De même, les documents nécessaires pour finaliser sont assez contraignants - photocopies des passeports etc."

"The apartment had only been rented out before us to somebody who did not cook. In able to say that it has a kitchen you might expect enough tings to cook with. I had to buy some things to use the oven. A complete but simple outfit for this kitchen and a better pullout sofa would change my rating from 4 to 11 "

"Good, with somebody speaking perfect french. It's peacefully to understand terms of contract with a good translation. This kind of relationship with an agency are unusuall in France. We haven't got any relation with landlord, only with agency. So translation is good to be certain all is ok."

"Très bien. Seul reproche, ne pas avoir été très clair sur les modes de paiement possibles de la location. La personne chargée de l'entrée dans l'appartement avait un terminal pour carte bancaire. Alors qu'on ne nous a parlé que de paiement Cash ou par Traveler chèque… Nous avons donc voyagé pour rien avec beaucoup d'argent sur nous, ce que nous détestons faire…"
