The apartment is not big and not very fancy but it is clean and has everything you need. In addition to be in a very safe building (surveillance cameras outside the entrance), it is also in a very calm and safe neighborhood. Durin the night there were no problem with noises and we slept like babies. The apartment is also very near the subway stop at 1st ave and 14th st, where you can take the L-train which is connected to almost all of the important subway lines. We could not be more happy about living here. The apartment was perfect.
