il y avait le strict minimum. Un peu plus d'équipements serait le bienvenu. Même ce n'est pas obligatoire,l'appartement n'avait aucun charme, quelques accessoires, déco ne seraient pas du luxe. L'emplacement est parfait.

Points positifs: très belle vue sur New York, appartement très calme après une journée passée dans le vacarme de la ville, supermarché à proximité très pratique. Le propriétaire nous a proposé de nous connecter à sa WiFi gratuitement avantage qui n'était pas indiqué mais bien pratique pour surfer sans se ruiner sur le Web. 3 téléviseurs: un dans le salon, un dans la chambre et un dans la salle de bain. Surface de 70m2 bien pratique pour une famille de quatre. Points négatifs: Le propriétaire n'est pas un bricoleur et l'appartement est un peu défraichi. La moquette est usée, les robinets fuient, les joints de la baignoire n'ont pas été refaits depuis longtemps, beaucoup de choses tiennent grâce à du scotch ou par des clous. La peinture de la chambre a des couleurs violentes et les cadres qui ornent l'appartement peuvent heurter les familles avec des enfants.Alain T. (France)

L'appartement est bien situé, proche du métro, et la vue sur Manhattan est très belle. Mais le propriétaire s'est contenté de faire un ménage très succinct avant notre arrivée, et nous avons peu apprécié la propreté douteuse du frigo, l'intérieur du micro ondes franchement innommable, et la sensation générale d'un appartement peu entretenu.Helene A. Belle vue sur Manahatan, tour Chrysler, Empire State building, et le pont de Queensborough, etc...Roosevelt island est au calme. Bien si le téléphérique fonctionne, il a fonctionné.
