Landlord's comment : In addition to great access to the entire city (East Side/West Side and Brooklyn are equally convenient and a short subway ride away) my apartment offers you a personalized environment that is cozy, comfortable and interesting to look at. Great, clean, new kitchen and bathroom, high-end extra luxurious bed, wifi, and air conditioning/heat controlled by you, in an elevator building with free laundry.
The apartment is 630 square feet (59 square meters). I'll provide all the linens and towels during your stay.
You will be one minute from 10 major NYC subway lines, and within walking distance of SoHo, Chinatown, the Brooklyn Bridge, the Lower East Side, and Tribeca!

Bien situe,mais quartier bruyant en semaine.décoration personnalisée agréable.un ménage plus pousse aurait été apprécie.le deuxième lit consiste en un matelas gonflable a même le sol,ce qui n'était pas mentionne dans l'annonce.la climatisation est bruyante,mais indispensable.Patrick G. (France)
