About 350 square feet, this bright and fully furnished studio is located on the 3rd floor of a brownstone building on 12 street between Greenwich Avenue and West 4th Street in the heart of West Village.
You enter the apartment in the living room which is furnished with a sofa and coffee table. On you right hand, the open kitchen is equipped with a stove, a refrigerator, a dining table and a microwave.
The tiled bathroom is equipped with a tub, a toilet and a shower .
Transportation: 1, 2, 3 and L trains run at 14th ST and about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment.

The West Village is the western portion of the Greenwich Village neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan. Though there are no defined boundaries, the area is usually defined as bounded by the Hudson River and either Sixth Avenue or Seventh Avenue, extending from 14th Street down to Houston Street. El apartamento carecía de privacidad, ya que permanentemente se escuchaban ruidos. Si bien no tuve ningún inconveniente , la cerradura del apartamento y del edificio no me brindaban la mayor de las seguridades. Las persianas estaban rotas y las dimensiones parecían inferiores a lo informado durante la contratación.
