Building:
This is a 6 story elevator building at 255 West 148th Street between Frederick Douglas Boulevard and Adam Clayton Powell Boulevard. There are 3 apartments per floor, (no pets) the secure entrance is through a digital intercom with an electronic key. 

This building is located in the area known as the Harlem Grange near Sugar Hill in the heart of central Harlem. Regular garbage collection is every Monday and Thursday with a chute for your daily trash removal and recycling.

Apartment:
This is a fully furnished, newly renovated air-conditioned 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom apartment with wooden floors throughout, and is located on the 5th floor with 2 individual bedrooms.

You enter the premises through a foyer into the kitchen, which has a tiled floor. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, stove, oven, toaster, sink, refrigerator with freezing compartment and a microwave. There is available cookware: kettle, dining ware, kitchen utensils, etc.

The open kitchen leads through the living space which gives access to the fully tiled bathroom equipped with bathtub/shower, toilet and a cabinet with sink.
The first bedroom is located at the end of the hallway on the left which has two windows with south west exposure (facing the courtyard) . It is furnished with a closet, bureau, desk, one chair, full size bed, and a bedside table.

The second bedroom is located at the end of the hallway on the right which has two windows with south east exposure (facing the street) . It is furnished with a closet, bureau, desk, one chair, full size bed and a bedside table. 

The living room is located on the right side of the kitchen and is furnished with with a sofa sleeper and dining room table, an entertainment unit with flat screen TV and a stereo. You share the bathroom and kitchen.

Transportation: A, B, C, D, trains run at 145th Street Station, three blocks from the building, 3 train runs at 148th and Lenox Ave Station two blocks away from the apartment all 20 minutes from midtown Manhattan and Central Park.

Neighborhood: Supermarket (5 minutes walking distance from the building), pharmacy on the corner, bank, laundromat are nearby. Eighth Avenue is the main street where most of the amenities are located.

Steps away from Jackie Robinson Recreation Center, Riverside State Park, City College and near Columbia University and the Schomburg Center. Harlem has a rich history and archiutecture, and know throughout the world for the civil rights movement, American jazz and black literature. Restaurants and other places of entertainment abound through Restaurant Row and the Astor Row neighborhoods.
