This is a fully furnished 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom apartment to share with carpeted floors throughout the apartment.
This apartment is located on the eighteenth floor of an elevator building on West 57th Street between Fifth Avenue and Sixth Avenue.

You enter the premises through a hallway leading to the living room to share which gives access to the shared kitchen and the shared terrace. On the right side the hallway gives access to a bathroom and a bedroom which are not accessible.

On the left side of the house entrance you can access a hallway, leading to the bathroom and bedroom for rent.
The full tiled bathroom is equipped with a toilet, a sink with medicine cabinet and a bathtub with shower.
The bedroom, which is about 300 sq ft, has a door that gives access to the shared terrace, a built-in closet and two windows and is furnished with three chairs, a desk, an armchair, a TV, two dressers, two bedside tables and a king size bed. The room can accommodate 2 guests.

Transportation: F train runs at 57th Street Station and Sixth Avenue a few steps from the building, N, Q, R and W trains run at 57th Street Station and Seventh Avenue, one block from the building
