This is a fully furnished three bedrooms triplex house located on Willoughby Avenue in Brooklyn, between Marcus Garvey and Throop Avenue.

The entrance door is on the second floor of the house and opens up into the living room, that is furnished with two sofas, a coffee table and a TV. It has wood floors and a window overlooking the street.

Next to the living room, there is the kitchen, which is equipped with a coffee maker, a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a dinning table with four chairs and all cookware needed. It has tiled floors and a window overlooking the backyard.


The kitchen gives access to the ground floor of the house by going down the stairs. The first floor includes a large bedroom to rent, it has wood floors and is furnished with a queen size bed, two closets and a dresser. There is also a private bathroom equipped with a shower in a tub, a sink and a toilet. And there is also a laundry with a washer and a dryer.

On the third floor, you will find the second and the third bedroom with a bathroom to share. Bedrooms have wood floors and are furnished with a queen size bed, a dresser and a closet.


All tenants have access to the washer/dryer. There is internet in the apartment. AC is in option: $75 a month.


Transportation:

J, M and Z trains are available four blocks away and take you in midtown in 25 minutes.
G train is also available three blocks away from the house.

Bedford- -Stuyvesant is a neighborhood in the central portion of the New York City borough of Brooklyn. Bedford-Stuyvesant is bordered by Flushing Avenue to the north (bordering Williamsburg); Classon Avenue to the west (bordering Clinton Hill); Broadway and Saratoga to the east (bordering Bushwick and East New York); and Atlantic Avenue to the south(bordering Crown Heights).
