This is a fully furnished, approximately 680 sqf, 3 bedrooms / 1 bathroom apartment to share with two young people located on the sixth floor of a building with elevator on West 116th Street, in Harlem.

When you step into the apartment, you will find a hallway that leads you on the first left to the bedroom for rent. It has wooden floors and is furnished with a queen size bed, a bedside table, a closet and a desk with a chair.

Next, on the far leftt of the hallway, you have a bathroom equipped with a sink, a bathtub and a toilet.

The open kitchen is at the end of the hallway and it is equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment, a microwave and a dining table with three chairs. There is also all the cookware you need.

Then, the living room is on the right of the hallway, it has wooden floors and it is furnished with a sofa, an armchair, a TV with DVD player, a dining table and a desk with a chair.

Internet is available in the apartment.

Transportation : B and C trains are one block away from the apartment, and it takes 20 minutes to midtown.

Neighborhood : Harlem is a neighborhood in the New York City borough of Manhattan, which since the 1920s has been a major residential, cultural, and business center.
