This is a fully furnished one bedroom/three alcoves/two and half bathrooms duplex apartment located on the first floor of a walk up building in Carroll Gardens.

First Floor

You enter the premises into the dining area where you can find a big dining table and six chairs. The residence features an open kitchen that is equipped with custom cabinetry and steel appliances, including dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and refrigerator with freezing compartment.
