This is a fully furnished, air-conditioned 2 bedrooms / 1 bathroom apartment with wooden floors throughout the apartment, located on the fourth floor of a walk-up building on 81st Street between Amsterdam Avenue and Columbus Avenue.

When you step into the apartment you are in the living room, it has wooden floors and it is furnished with two sofas, one of which is a double size sofabed. There is also one armchair, a coffee table, a fireplace, a TV, a dining table and four chairs.
