This apartment is located in Chelsea on 19th Street between Eighth and Ninth Avenue in a low rise building with elevator in a tree lined street.

The entrance door opens into the fully furnished living room which has marble floors, a window, exposed bricks and is equipped with a sofa, a coffee table, two chairs, a dining table and a flat screen TV. A divider separates the living room from the sleeping area which features a queen sized bed, a bed side table and a lamp.

From the entrance on your left, the opened kitchen has a dishwasher, an oven, a stove, a sink, a refrigerator with a freezing compartment and cookwares available in the cupboards.

At the back of the apartment a door gives you access to a mirrored walk-in closet and to the bathroom. The windowed bathroom has marble floors, a bathtub with shower, a sink with a mirrored medicine cabinet and a toilet.

Transportation: Trains A, C, E and L run at the corner of 14th Street and Eighth Avenue which is about 5 minutes walking distance from the apartment. The train #1 is also accessible at the corner of Seventh Avenue and 18th Street which is about 5 minutes from the building.

This district is on north of the Meatpacking District which has bars, restaurants, clubs and trendy boutiques. This district is close to the West Village which is famous for its bohemian lifestyle.
