This is a 5 bedroom/ 2 bathroom family house with a sundeck by the living room and a garden to share. THERE WILL BE A CAT STAYING IN THE HOUSE. On the second floor: The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher and a bar with four stools. There is also a window. The dining room with hardwood floors features a desk, a dining table with 4 chairs and a bench. There are also four windows. The first fully tiled bathroom features a shower in tub, a sink and a toilet. There is also a window. The first bedroom features a full size futon, two bookcases, a TV and two bedside tables. There are also two windows. The living room with hardwood floors features two sofas, a coffee table, a piano and three armchairs. There are also five windows. There is an access to the sundeck which features two chairs. On the third floor: The second fully tiled bathroom features a bathtub, a separate shower, a sink and a toilet. There is also a window. The master bedroom in the back features a Queen size bed, two bedside tables, a desk and a chair. There are also two windows. The third bedroom features a single size bed, a bookcase and a bedside table. There are also two windows. The fourth bedroom used as a music room features a full size sofabed and an electronic piano. There is a long curtain to replace the bedroom door. There are also two windows. The fifth bedroom features a single size bed and a desk with chair. There are two windows and the ceilings are beveled. The garden features a dining table for six. Transportation: The B and Q lines are half a block away from the house at Newkirk Station. Neighborhood: Ditmas Park is a neighborhood in western Flatbush in the New York City borough of Brooklyn, east of Kensington, and is one of three Flatbush neighborhoods which have been officially designated Historic Districts. Located on land that remained rural until the early 20th century, the neighborhood consists of many large, free-standing Victorian homes built in the 1900s.
