"I made original reservation months before by planned arrival, but it was cancelled at the last minute, for reason that was not told to me. They found me this apartment (to emphasize, this is not a critique towards the apartment or landlord, quite the opposite), I sent the paperwork and started waiting for answer (and look for a hotel). I made several phone calls to the agency only few hours before my flight was leaving from Europe, finally managed to talk to someone who said that I would have a place to stay when I arrived. This wasted me many hours at work and some tens of euros for the several phone calls. Once their reception e.g. connected me to voice mail and many times asked me to wait and call back later without giving me a chance to explain that I don't have a later, since my flight will leave soon."

"Bonne relation. C'est important que la pers. parle la meme langue que vous. L'agence pourrait contacter les locataires quelques jours après l'arrivée et prise des lieux pour s'assurer que tout va bien, et pour ainsi augmentater le suivi de qualité client."

"Hasta llegar al apartamento y ver que todo es real, uno siempre piensa que eventualmente puede ser víctima de un fraude. La persona que me atendió en la agencia no ayudó mucho a transmitirme la confianza necesaria, recuerdo que tardaba en contestarme los mails y no era muy detallado-explícito a la hora de reasegurarme que todo iba a estar bien."
