This fully furnished studio apartment is located on 4th floor in walk-up building on Thompson Street between Prince Street and Spring Street in Soho.

You enter the premises through the kitchen area which is equipped with a small dining table with two chairs, a stove, an oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezing compartment and all the cookware needed .

The apartment also has two built-in closets plus an armoire, sleeping guest or storage mezzanine.

The sleeping area has normal double size bed , bedside tables, a TV, an arcmchair, non-active fireplace and it has windows overlooking the street.

The large tiled bathroom has in turn of the century style featuring a deep blue toilet room, period tub, sink and two windows

Next to the building is a little park with free pool.
