This apartment is located on 120th Street between Lexington Avenue and Third Avenue. This Loft apartment converted into a 4 bedroom apartment has 2 bathrooms and wooden floors throughout the premises.

The bedrooms' walls do not reach the ceiling and are each separated by a curtain.

The master bedroom in the back has a Queen size bed, two bedside tables and a dresser. There also are two windows.

The second bedroom has two single size bed, a bedside table and a dresser. There is also a window.

The first bathroom is fully tiled and features a shower in tub, a toilet, a cabinet and a sink.

The third bedroom has two single size bed, a bedside table and a dresser. There is also a window.

The second bathroom is fully tiled and features a shower in tub, a toilet, a cabinet and a sink.

There are three large walk-in closets in the apartment. One of them has a washer and dryer.

The kitchen, is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a sink, a refrigerator with freezing compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a coffee maker. There is also all the cookware you need and kitchen utensils. There is a mini bar with two stools.

The living room features a sofa, a coffee table, a dresser and a dining table with eight chairs. There are also three windows.

The forth bedroom has a full size sofabed, a bedside table, shelves, a chair and a TV.


Transportation: The 6 train stops at 116th and Lexington which is 5 minutes away. And the 4, 5 and 6 trains stop at 125th and Lexington.

Neighborhood: The loft is located on a very peaceful block, next to a small park. It's no more than five short blocks to the 4, 5, 6 subway lines and MetroNorth's Harlem station, less than 10 minutes' walk to stops to the 2 & 3, and, if you prefer to walk, a pleasant stroll to Central Park and many of New York's greatest museums. A supermarket and other necessities are just steps away. Also, we're three minutes from the Triborough Bridge. If the traffic is good, you can get to JFK in less than thirty minutes; to LaGuardia in about ten. Don't feel like cooking or going out? There's a notebook full of take-out menus in the apartment.
