They found me this apartment (to emphasize, this is not a critique towards the apartment or landlord, quite the opposite), I sent the paperwork and started waiting for answer (and look for a hotel). I made several phone calls to the agency only few hours before my flight was leaving from Europe, finally managed to talk to someone who said that I would have a place to stay when I arrived. This wasted me many hours at work and some tens of euros for the several phone calls. Once their reception e.g. connected me to voice mail and many times asked me to wait and call back later without giving me a chance to explain that I don't have a later, since my flight will leave soon."

Очень хорошо (4 / 5) "The Urban Living agents fee I think is excessive. $800+ for booking fee??? The landlord couldn't meet us at the apt but asked we go to his work to pick up keys. He was very friendly and a very nice person and was excellent with our enquiries, but despite the rental contract clearly stating we can pay by credit card, he would only take cash... don't usually walk around with thousands of dollars on me..Location was brilliant although blood smears down the stairwell after first night. Still, v ery pleased overall with the place and location. The apt is tidy, clean and perfectly fine for the inner Manhatten experience. Travelling with husband and 2 teenage girls and felt safe and exhilarated with the locale. Naive maybe!!?? Cool area."

Vor Ort stellte sich heraus, dass sie bar an die Vermieterin zu geben war. War sehr unangenehm!!! Ansonsten ein sehr guter Kontakt zu Roman, ich habe bereits über ihn 2009 eine Wohnung gemietet. Er ist immer sehr hilfsbereit!"
