We looked at a larger apartment for the period January - May 2015. The propositions made by Anais were by far less interesting than what could be found in Airbnb and we finally got the apertment we wanted there."

The first draft I got was rediculous and the explaination everybody would just sign completely mean. Rest was fine."

He was very friendly and a very nice person and was excellent with our enquiries, but despite the rental contract clearly stating we can pay by credit card, he would only take cash... don't usually walk around with thousands of dollars on me..Location was brilliant although blood smears down the stairwell after first night. Still, v ery pleased overall with the place and location. The apt is tidy, clean and perfectly fine for the inner Manhatten experience. Travelling with husband and 2 teenage girls and felt safe and exhilarated with the locale. Naive maybe!!?? Cool area."
