"un peu inutile de laisser une caution a l agence et d aller la rechercher en fin de sejour sans qu il y ait de visite de controle!!! dans mon cas j ai du repasser le lundi soir car je partais le mardi matin tot et ca m a fait faire un detour et perdre du temps pour rien. sinon j avais oublie un habit et l agence me l a mis de cote: bien et merci."

"Je me permets de mettre 4, simplement parce que je trouve les frais d'agence très chers pour n'avoir que des contacts téléphoniques. Mais apparemment les frais d'agences sont importants dans toutes les agences à New York. Par contre, les différents contacts, Fabrice en particulier, ont été très agréables. Les contacts en français étant indéniablement un plus."

"This was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The agency was fantastic and after some initial issues with contacting the landlord, all was fine with no problems. We had 3 people in the apartment which was a bit cramped. I'd recommend only 2 for maximum comfort. The location was great and close to all the midtown has to offer."
