This is a 2 bedroom/ 1 bathroom in the West Village on Washington Street between Christopher and Barrow street.

You enter the apartment into a entrance foyer which opens to the living room on the right. The living room has a dining table with capacity for four persons. The living room is fully furnished and has a murphy bed (used by the landlord).

To your left immediately is the separate fully equipped kitchen. Proceeding down the hallway to your left is the bathroom. Then the windowed bedroom is fully furnished with a single bed, a full closet, bedside tables, lamps, desk with chair and air conditioner.
