This duplex apartment (1st and 2nd floor) with three bedrooms/two and half bathroom is located on East 116th Street in East Harlem between First and Second Avenue.

The bedroom available is on the first floor. It has a sofa, a TV, a desk and his chair, a dresser, a double size bed and a bedside table. Also it has two windows facing the street.

In the hallway, you will find a closet.

On your right, the shared tiled bathroom has a sink, a toilet and a separate shower. There is also a second bathroom to share with the others occupant on the second floor with a shower in a tub, a toilet and a sink.

The kitchen is equipped with a table, 9 chairs, a sink, a stove, an oven and a refrigerator.
